Your planners, not a tour operator.
We're independent travel planners. We design your trip and reserve everything in your name, and you pay each hotel and provider directly. No package prices, no hidden margins, and your booking sits with the people who actually host you.

We reserve in your name
Once you’ve chosen, we secure the hotel, transfers, guides and tables, all booked directly in your name.
You pay the providers
You confirm and pay each hotel and provider directly, under their own terms. We stay on hand before and during your trip.

Flat fee per trip, not per person. Hotels and providers are paid separately, directly by you, at their own rates. Groups of 10 or more and large chalets: we'll quote individually.
Who do I pay?
The hotel, the transfer company or the ski school directly. Your contract is with them, so you get their full terms, guarantees and cancellation rules. We never hold your money for these services.
What does your service cost?
Your two proposals are free and without obligation. If you’d like us to plan and reserve the trip, our fee is a flat $350 per trip (Planning) or $750 per trip (Full concierge), not per person. It’s due once you’ve picked your proposal, before we start reserving. Hotels and providers are paid separately, directly by you, at their own rates.
Do you book flights?
No. Most of our guests fly with their own airline and miles. We tell you the best airport and arrival time for your resort and arrange the transfer from there.
What if something goes wrong on the trip?
Your hotel or provider is responsible for their service, and you deal with them directly under their terms. But you won’t be on your own: if a flight is late or plans change, we help you rearrange things.
